Retention of the ticket: spectators must show the access ticket upon request of the control staff at any time during the event. The ticket must be kept until leaving the show area.

The Organiser provides a space within the concert area reserved for disabled people, both ambulatory and non-ambulatory, who require ongoing assistance. Each disabled person has the right to be accompanied by one companion.
In order to attend the show, Metal Park will reserve for people with disabilities and their accompanying persons an adequate – but necessarily limited- number of seats.
The spectator with an attested 100% disability and with a need for ongoing assistance will be entitled to a regular ticket, while the accompanying person will receive free admission. In the case of an attested disability of less than 100%, a regular ticket will be reserved for both disabled person and accompanying person.
Seats will be assigned giving priority to higher disabilities with the right to be accompanied by a companion and requiring ongoing assistance. Afterwards, a chronological criterion (first come first served basis), will be applied according to seat availability.
Accreditation for the Festival is managed by the non-profit organization Mani Amiche. Here is the website where you can make your request: https://www.
1. Who can attend the Festival
Metal Park strongly advises against bringing children under the age of 4, for safety reasons.
The entrance and attending of children under the age of 4 is therefore considered at the sole discretion and responsibility of the parents or persons exercising parental authority over the minors, without any liability on Metal Park and/or the Organiser.
2. Access conditions
Children of 10 years of age and/or under, accompanied by an adult with a regular admission ticket, may attend the Festival free of charge in the number of one child for each accompanying adult.
The Organisers reserve the right to request an ID document from the child certifying his or her age and parental status (identity document with parental or guardian endorsement). In the absence of such a document, the child will not be eligible for free admission.
3. Minors and accompanying person
All minors up to and including 14 years of age must attend the Festival accompanied by an adult with a regular admission ticket. In case of entry to the Festival without an adult accompanying person, Metal Park will not be responsible of issues or problems due to this violation.
4. Confirmation of Children’s Access
Each parent is requested to send an email to info@metal-park.it stating first and last name, and age of the child.
Please wait for confirmation by email, that you will be asked to show on the day of the Festival.
Without such confirmation, free access to the concert will not be guaranteed.
For safety reasons, Metal Park does not recommend participation of pregnant women.
There are no dedicated areas and/or preferential lanes.
Those who will get injured close to the Festival and will therefore be forced to use wheelchairs and/or walking aids are invited to write an email to info@metal-park.it sending a copy of their medical certificate. Metal Park will check if there are spaces available in the area dedicated to people with disabilities to accommodate them.
If there are no remaining spaces, access will unfortunately be prohibited in consideration of their own safety and the safety of the rest of the audience.
Single-day car parking will be available for purchase. Access to the parking lot is permitted from 10AM on show day and will remain accessible for car pick up until one hour after the end of the event.
The area is not guarded. The Property shall not be liable for any damage and/or theft suffered within the area. Entrance: Via Don Matteo Bianchin 55.
Accreditation is now closed. We will get back at you via email. Thanks.
